Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

1. Most likely it is an AVP equivalent level role, but read the points below
2. Right now in WF there is some designation renaming & standardization happening so everyone is confused, some people have updated LinkedIn, some have not and most of them have false self concocted designations which is not unusual on the platform
3. What you need to ask the recruiter (or any contact in WF also, as this information is visible to internal employees) is that the role is for which grade - M1, M2 or M3 - this is the only standard in WF and by knowing this you will have a comparative market idea as to whether this role is AVP or VP equivalent. Designations are all over the place in WF
Lead Officer is a P4 role which is Vice President corporate title, M series has got nothing to do with this.
P series is an IC roles and M series is management roles.
