Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.

Today i got call from my recruiter and she informed me that my offer letter will be revised . Prev the offer was 15.90 LPA . Now the revised offer contains 17.10 LPA . I was quite surprised with this behaviour .
My DOJ is 21st feb 2022. Designation - sr. Associate - projects

Is there anything worried about this ? Anyone faced this kind of approach ? Kindly suggest
