I have got an opportunity to joins WF as a senior specialist role. The HR said the corporate title will be AVP. They offered a total of 15.5 LPA. Total work ex 4.5 Yrs. Current ctc is 10.4.
This is non IT role, this is into compliance.
Is AVP role good for this experience and shall I ask more or the package is ok?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. 1. Tigerhall - 45LPA
2. Zupee - 42LPA
Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)
