We stayed in a hotel in little Italy and really loved the vibe there, but it’s too expensive for us. Are there other neighborhoods with similar vibes - restaurants, bars, lively, good for walking, clean, safe, young, diverse and accessible that are more affordable? Please share recommendations. How much should we reasonably budget to rent a 2bd/2bath?

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Worst on boarding experience for CTS.
