I have a LOT of credit card debt. It has just grown over time and I can’t find my way out. I need some help in deciding what to do. My total YOE is 5.6. My client is impressed with my work and asked my company to imitate H1. They even initiated my H1 but it was not picked in the lottery. I was depressed and wanted to leave my company but my manager assured that they will retry it again next year if not picked they would even try L1. I was concerned with my current CTC so he gave me a 32% hike just to retain me making my CTC as 13 LPA. My question here is is it worth waitng
