Should one add their personal technology that are currently used for remote work on their resume? Seems most companies will provide the hardware and software needed. While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?
