For BigLaw Houston, some good choices would be W&S, KE lit, and Gibson lit. I like Haynes and Boone too.
White & Case just added lit 4 months ago.
OMM is rumored to be adding lit this fall.
AZA split out a couple years ago. Several attorneys formed Alavi Anaipakos. Both are still a bit more IP heavy (both definitely fair share of general commercial) compared to other boutiques.
You are missing some other top Houston boutiques including Gibbs and Bruns, Reynolds Frizzell, and Smyster.
Baker Botts is still holding on as probably the best of the full service old Texas firms (although the firm as a whole has experienced turbulence). Bracewell used to have a decent lit practice until anything of value over there fled.
There's one older and one younger partner at Bracewell who I would put in the upper tiers of Houston litigation but I agree with the general sentiment. As for the old Texas firms overall I think none of them can really compete with boutiques. Even at BB it still seems almost like an added service for the corporate clients.

Agree with A1 on RF and Smyser and Gibbs. Smyser doesn’t have a summer program and only hires from clerkships though. All the boutiques have different cultures though so do your homework and hours vary widely. I’d also add Schiffer Hicks and Hogan Thompson but Hogan requires a clerkship.
+1 on talking to Anne. She is a great person to follow on LinkedIn, too. I had an introductory conversation with her. My grades were too low for her to help me in the current market, but she was straightforward and gave me great career advice. Over the past few months, I implemented her advice and was able to leave my toxic BigLaw staff attorney position. Now, I’m working for a small firm where I will get excellent experience and I can try and move back up in a few years. Without her advice I would have stayed in my position, hating life and thinking it couldn't get any better.
Morgan Lewis has a pretty good lit group too from my understanding based on law school friends who are there
