Haven't put down the paper yet (notice period will be 2 months)

What can the expected CTC for a 5 YOE? I want good WLB and growth in a product based company.

I am currently in Wipro having CTC as 7.8 LPA.. I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced from my current base pay in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer? Please help. Will the reduction in base pay impact my career?

Estimated tax payment question:
I converted $30k of rollover 401k into a Roth IRA and have $26k of realized ST Capital Gains this year (Roth conversion in end of Q1 and most capital gains in Q2).
My total federal withholding tax last year was approximately $12k and this year I will have 40% more in reported income on my employer W2 and anticipate higher that $12k federal withholding for my new job. Is CMA worth getting after getting the CPA? Or is it better to get the CFA. Also don’t have much finance background so I don’t know if I can pass the CFA will require a lot of hard work. Interesting in hearing people’s thoughts.
