Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.

"I heard Deloitte partners start at 350k salary have to do a 350k buy in and the average partner makes close to $1m a year" - anonymous
S& partners start at $10M with $100 buy in. Average salary with bonus and everything comes out to be about $67.8M / yr.
EY partners start at 800k with 400k buy-in with average making 12m. But don't quote me on that.
I'm not sure what salary is like, I'm only a Manager. I've heard 1st year MD makes min $400k base but the real money is in bonuses and stock options that vest over the course of years based on meeting sales targets (Pierre made $4M in salary/bonus + options to total ~$16M). Our MDs are more numerous than big 4 partners but we're also much larger and much wider in scope. From conversations with big 4 partners, our MD sales targets are here higher at ~$20M/yr compared to roughly half that. Keep in mind that we're selling a mix of MC, TC, custom software development, and large-scale services outsourcing so our big deals are much bigger. No stock purchase or buy-in requirements that I've heard of.
Used to work at ACN, from what I gathered while working there, MD's get fat paychecks but really clean up in the bonus and options. The downside is that the options have a long vesting period that act like golden handcuffs, e.g. You get 100k in options that vest at 25%/year so each year you get "more" but have to continue working to really get it. There's always a fat carrot on the end of a stick so if you chose to leave you're potentially giving up more than just your salary
Accenture partners start at 285k base.
Not sure about comp, but a local MD jumped over to McK. It also hasn't been uncommon in the past couple of years here on the West Coast.
