Hello all, I got two offers from HighRadius as Manager - Marketing Operations & Strategy for Hyderabad location & another offer is from enterprisedb aka EDB as Manager Data Governance for Pune location.
CTC wise 2L difference as Highradius is paying more and need your help in taking up right decision.

There is a role in EY-P that I'm interested in but I was hoping to see it for C level and they're only posting for SA. Is there a chance they would take someone in that area at a higher level? What is the comp for SA with an MBA and 1.5YOE?

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Frustrated by EOY evaluations and lack of transparency from my manager. I was told when I started a new role in September that my metrics from these first months would not play a role in my raise. When following up with my manager about why my raise was 20k less than my colleague they told me it was completely based on my metrics when I know it’s based on having started in a different department.
