How are you guys filtering out the fake job listings? I’ve applied to 20 different recruiter postings this month that look absolutely perfect, only to find out the roles don't actually exist. It turns out a lot of these agencies are just farming resumes to pad their databases and look active while hiring freezes are taking effect. It’s incredibly exhausting to tailor your resume and write cover letters for phantom positions that will never be filled.

Had my 1:1 with my People Lead yesterday to prepare for talent discussions. Said I had a great year - but need to work on being consistent. She said when I’m engaged it’s great but need to keep it going. I’ve mentioned my ADHD previously but I’m sure she doesn’t know all the components of what that means. When should a stub start getting worried about not having much work and low billable hours?
I’ve asked for work but no luck. I know they say this is normal for a stub but when should I start getting worried and consider looking for exit options?
