lol.. our company is doing the same. We’re tech consulting. So yes, it makes sense. But I think there is so much leadership FOMO around AI that they pushing everyone to use it despite not knowing the use cases for it.
I’d start with automating repetitive tasks, automating admin, create a chatbot or agent to help employees with basic self service of HR functions. Those are a few easy of the top ideas.
Use it to document workflows, processes/SOPs, ask for advice on improving processes against industry best practices or industry specific nuances within processes.
Beyond that, I’d ask employees to do linked in learning or something similar, where it generates a certificate and you can reference that specifically to management in relation to specific employees.
That’s at least a few ideas that come to mind.
