Someone should get fired for this

Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.
Which Big 4 is best by work wise.

All first years are terrible. You’d have to do something unethical to get fired at this point. They invest thousands in recruiting you. If you make the effort, you are safe.
I know plenty of horrific staff who somehow got promoted to senior.
Ps and clearly by posting this you show you care! I’m on your team.
PWC does not fire
There was a first year in my office who was on that path as well, started in August, put on a PIP in March, but instead of signing the PIP, she quit... and it wasn’t a surprise. This person was coming in to the client whenever they felt like it, leaving early and not getting work done at all. Multiple convos were had and no signs of improvement or her caring. She left to bartender and “drift” in South America for a few months... we were all left wondering why does PwC hire econ majors in IT audit with no accounting background?!
