How awful is it to leave an agency 1-2 months into it when the agency of your dreams has a position for you?

I have recently moved to Long Beach, CA and I am currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator or Technical Recruiter role close by. I am also open to hybrid or remote jobs.
5 years of HR and Admin experience, masters in business and management and currently reading towards my SPHR. Also looking for someone well experienced in the field to serve as a career mentor.
Any advice, criticism or suggestions will be appreciated.
