They’re my top choice so I’m willing to overlook it, but maybe I’m blinded by bias? On top of this, I had previously already accepted my 2nd choice offer (before the interview was set) & while I may be willing to jump if this one pans out, now idk if that would be a mistake. 2nd place has good culture/ colleagues.
