How can GPD’s go client side? Feels like client-side positions want MBAs or Creatives. What can strategist do to get in?

Second - Msys technologies (Service Based) Client - AMI... 17LPA Fixed + 1 JB

I have 3.5 years of experience.... Which one will be more helpful for my career and growth?

My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way. I’ve tried pushing for more cybersecurity measures in the last year, but being a Jr, I don’t know a lot about it. My manager had brushed it off as something that would be nice to look into if [insert excuses not to here]. Can’t push it off any longer. I’m afraid heads are gonna roll.Advice?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily.
