How can I open MAS on Mywipro portal? Since I cannot see MAS(medical assistance program) link anywhere on the portal

I’m severely depressed, I’m genuinely struggling with a lot. I have suicidal thoughts everyday and am isolated. I have no friends too, is there anyone here who is down to chat for sometime ?

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. Maybe this isn’t everyone’s version of “growing up” but that’s what this was for me. Now that I’m vaxed and seeing my friends, it’s clear we have little left in common, and honestly a lot of the things they do straight up embarrasses me. I don’t want to lose these long term friends. Has anyone else been in this situation?

Sharing some thoughts I’ve had lately:

The end of my suffering occurs with the death of my ego. I am reborn when I surrender to life exactly as it is, right at this moment (and it’s always “this moment”). I can begin to grow when I either accept life as it is, or I change my life because I can’t accept it. The better I become at surrender and acceptance, the more I experience serenity. After a long enough time I realize I’ve had a spiritual awakening. Now I am peace / joy / love.

Feeling very anxious. I have no idea why or about what. I just feel this lump in the pit of my stomach and a tightness in my chest and worry/fear on my mind. Like something very bad is about to happen

Can anyone relate? If I’m stressed out, I can’t focus on my tasks because my productivity is driven by creative and explorative thought. When I’m stressed or anxious, my mind doesn’t have the room or space to think freely to get things done, and I end up bouncing around different tasks not getting anything done. And then there’s the whole dopamine addiction issue with doing a small amount of work then hopping on social media because you feel like you need the reward. Just me?
