How do I actually get a job at qualcomm ??? I got a btech degree in cse ofcourse . I applied for roles that donot not require 1+ or 2+ years of experience (well as per the the jd) along with a referral. I have done good projects . I got the skills . I have. publised a paper but nothing seems to helppppp. Only highlight is I'm not from a well known college.

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
