Stop applying for jobs in the US if you aren’t currently legally based in the US. Job market is too oversaturated with American applicants rn.
The issue isn’t that people are trying to find better opportunities. The issue is that US remote legal roles are already oversaturated, often require US work authorization and jurisdiction-specific knowledge, and global applicant pools can further depress wages in an already difficult legal job market.
Maybe take some local courses?
Do you have relevant experience working at an American company?
