Hi fishies! Over the past 2.5 weeks I’ve had two interviews with an agency. I thought both interviews went really well, and they said the same. After the first I heard back quickly to schedule the second. Now after the second it’s been a little over week with no follow up on next interview. Is it too early to send a follow-up? Would you follow-up at all?

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line

As everybody tells u will get more offers during the last one month of notice.

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share

Need help,I am joining @VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.

So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. Cleared two round of interviews in EY and I got a positive response from the interview panel and indeed the senior associate from Talent Team called me and asked me,if I could join within a month and I answered that it's an obligation to serve the notice period of two month.

The Talent Team said they will get back to me and I am still waiting for their response.
