How do I get into IT/tech/consulting healthcare space? I have years of inpatient nursing, and years of discharge planning/utilization management. Pay is reasonable, but the job isn’t stimulating or as flexible as I would like. I really want a challenging role with higher income potential, but still has some flex for hybrid/remote/family. I don’t mind working harder/longer for some of that pay/mental stimulation. I’ve been applying on and off for years, but can’t get my foot in the door.

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
