How do I go from big 4 to MBB?

Hi all, I have a friend who has a PhD in reproduction physiology (beef cattle) and is looking to transition to consulting. What firms have good animal science consulting arms? Is that a thing?

I have started my career at Wipro Technologies 6.3 years back and left 4 years back.

I am in process of choosing an opportunity with Tech Mahindra and Wipro Digital or Cognizant ?

I am looking for an long term association with company for at least 4 years from now. (company work culture and technology growth is priority)

Which one would be good in terms of your knowledge and experiences ?

Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
