Hey, I took about an 8 week leave because my depression got so bad and it took me longer than it should have to seek and ask for help. If it’s getting that bad that it is effecting work, I would suggest getting help past what you’re currently doing (if anything). I did an outpatient program and it made a huge difference. Feel free to dm me if you want to ever chat!
It’s tough. Your coach is likely to be sympathetic, but will also provide some tough love that you should have communicated the issue earlier.
Have you gotten poor feedback? I’ve found when my depression and anxiety are taking hold I’m my worst critic. If you haven’t been singled out it’s most likely a check in. I’d recommend sharing your struggle to take the weight off your shoulders.
Awww, I'm here for you young Associate. Tell her to pound salt! Let's chat after. 🤗

I'm here for you!
Just went through the same thing. I would suggest cultivating sustainable life habits and communicating roadblocks with your coach. If she is just checking in, give her a more general update and then at the end, bring up your depression. Set up a weekly check in with her to talk about your performance/mental health. My coach did this for me and it was so helpful. Good luck op. Message me if you need anything.
Going through a similar time but my coach didn’t say anything helpful. I am hoping yours is supportive and gives you the help you need. Otherwise i suggest taking a long PTO, to focus on yourself and consider removing yourself from your environment (your job if needed) to make yourself feel better
