How do you all prep for certification exams?

Salam everyone! Did anyone switch / know anyone who switched from risk consulting to a risk role at a big bank (e.g., Bank of America or Wells)? Any advice on the switch or what Bank you recommend? Additionally, would love any input on any Muslim networks at big banks (if any exist). Thanks so much!

Internal auditor here, has anyone considered/gotten the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certification? If so, can you share any pros/cons regarding the certification?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
