I heard from many of my colleagues and friends about how recruiters reached out to them on LinkedIn for an opportunity but I have never experienced any recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn for an opportunity. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes.
