How do you deal with bosses that are intentionally always shitting on you and never giving you credit? From a career perspective I’m looking for a new role, but psychologically I get pretty upset when this stuff happens. It’s a partner who’s doing this and the ED in my group sees it happening and tells me to keep my head up. Specifically on a call today he congratulated everybody besides me and I was one who drove the whole project. I did 95% of the work and I’m more senior then everybody else.
