Any of you struggle with Keloid scars? I've been to the derm multiple times and received Corticosteroid shots that flatten them out but the scars keep coming back. For context, I'm a POC and the scars are less than a couple of cms, but itch a lot when I workout and have caused skin discoloration around them. Also, can I apply vitamin C around the scars to treat the discoloration?

Curious to see if there are any natural ways to minimize their impacts.

With me being the only one on my team who doesn’t drink, it causes me to stick out, and others constantly question why I’m not drinking.
It kind of deters me from attending work events, but I know there’s a lot of benefitting in being around.

Ok so I was in a job search support group today and the issue came up about one's aims when job hunting. They tell me it's not about me it's about what the employer wants.

Thing is for me it *IS* about me. The employer is just a vehicle for me to have the lifestyle I want. Why can't we be real about why we want a job? I want to be stimulated by what I do and be paid well. If a job isn't increasing my market value and doesn't pay well I'm gonna wanna to leave. What can I say, I'm a bad actress.
