Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

I think setting small goals for yourself and prioritizing what is important. Ranking things to be done in a manner that they can be done timely can help. When any interview comes up just take that time as flexible personal time if it's allowed and cover up for your current job tasks later.
When it comes to calls with recruiters I tell them that I am still prioritizing being an employee at my current organization and will only take calls before or after work and occasionally during the lunch hour. I have never had any issues with that. Be thoughtful about interviewing for the right positions instead of everything after those calls and you won’t feel so swamped. Even interview rounds with the actual employer I try to book end of day if they can be flexible.

Have to plan your weeks out in full for your job and try to allow yourself time for the job hunting side. If you’re planning on leaving anyway then a dip in productivity isn’t the end of the world anyway

I'm only casually looking so my flow won't be directly relevant but help spark ideas. I check the job postings twice a day. Once in the morning before starting my work day and again in the evening after finishing my day. If you are not in office you could add in a third check during a lunch break.
