What value does an HOA add for a condo in a city? I've seen costs of 900$ a month in Seattle and I don't understand it. There is no snow to shovel most small buildings don't have security or regular landscaping. Where does this money go?

If a tax payer loses his job , govt. is not even paying even few thousands for unemployment allowance, who have been paying lacs to government as tax. What’s your thoughts on Indian taxation?
