I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
What is yearly increment or hike in pwc india

Once your relocation is approved, your people consultant will reach out to EY Total Rewards and they will determine if a comp adjustment is necessary based on their data. Likely will be considering you are moving to a high COL city. Because you initiated the move, relocation is usually your responsibility.
If you initiated, you likely won't get a dime or adjustment unless that was already agreed on.
Thats a bs answer as I know one of my coworker who moved and she got a comp adjustment of 12%. My question wasn't if I will get a comp adjustment but rather how they determine the adjustment % or what have people gotten in the past. Relocation costs I understand may not be a possibility as I am initiating but comp adjustment is a no brainer.
A move you initiated definitely won't have relocation costs reimbursed. As far as comp adjustment I don't view it as likely but it would be driven by where your comp falls in the range for your new location. If you're move to a more expensive location but your comp was already close enough to the midpoint of that new range there likely would be no adjustment. If the move causes your salary to be well below the midpoint they might adjust.
I believe I got about 10-12% when I moved to Chicago from a low COL
My move was self initiated from Houston to LA. I talked to my counselor and he got a market adjustment for me on top of my normal raise, 10% market adjustment and 7% raise.
Also I initiated the move.
Where in the southwest is there a low COL?
Thanks for the answers.
