Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

What‘s t he bonus structure look like at A&M?
New to Fishbowl?

You get it next bonus cycle. If you join mid year and your TC formula didn’t cover your base in Y1, it’s actually a big win to be paid out next year because you wouldn’t get anything except your negotiated bonus in Y1 anyway
You get paid in the fiscal year of collection
That sucks. So you get 0% of any money that has been billed but not collected?
Yeah, it does but you get it next year. An easy question to ask yourself about the A&M model is do you actually want to have increased exposure to the your company’s economics?
In other companies, you get a standard bonus even if you grind all year, which sucks even more than delayed payouts.
At A&M, you have the upside in the good year but also have massive variation in YoY comp. What sucks most is when a deal dies and you give the client a 15% dead deal discount even though you’ve done the exact same amount of work. It’s not for everyone but people here seem to like it because we’re growing and we want access to the upside.
The above is only true for SBUs that pay on a % collections basis.
