How does the possibility of pregnancy impact intimacy or desire within your marriage?

How is everyone taking birthing classes? Our hospital in Chicago is only offering paid virtual classes. Wondering if it’s worth paying $300 something for virtual sessions.

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Getting over heartbreak and having a full time job is torture lol. My boyfriend and I just broke up after almost a year of being together. I'm italian, 26 yo and currently working in France as financial analyst.
Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
