How hard is it to go from senior audit and assurance associate to an acocunting manager in industry? Say you got the job too, is the transition hard?

Who knew interviews are a whole different process on its own. Very exhausting, answering lots of questions and thinking. I’m completely done with 2022 interviews. These interviews are just mhmmmm.

If your employer mandated you need to come in 5 days a week would you consider quitting? My situation is I live in my geographical territory and the office is 45 minutes away. No performance issues at quota consistently.
