Well 😐 that sucks
My chief diversity officer/leaders encouraged me to report discrimination concerns that led to them upholding the status quo and allowing additional discrimination, gaslighting, and retaliation against me. Also, the company introduced Employee Relations to DEI teams to ensure they understood the law. While discussing concerns I had that were going unheard by all up the chain of command regarding my recent discrimination and previous 5 years of discrimination, the ER lead told me "we all have our own code of ethics, and not every employee is making sh* up, you're not and not everyone on the employer side is hiding things. They're just trying to run a business as best they can based on common principles, risk mitigation ...at the end of the day the company has to survive". Definitely got that recorded.
Gotta love the backlash to DEI...
