How have people regained their professional confidence after being transitioned out of MBB? I always had good scores overall but was average in problem solving, hence the transition. Now as I job search I can’t help but feel like if I couldn’t succeed as a bottom-of-the-pile Associate how could I possibly sell myself to another company? Especially as problem solving is so key to strategy work. Any tips on how to overcome this feeling of failure.. Is this a normal reaction?

Hey all, started my role as a recruiter at an agency recently and had my first placement! It was great until the candidate wants to renegotiate the base and benefits after the current company counter-offered when the candidate no longer sees the future.
