How is Audit like in Australia Sydney?

I did some years in Big4 Audit in my home country. I wonder if I should follow the same track in Australia. I can work long hours with low pay, but I aboslutely hate stock-take and client visits.

Do we have to go to clients all dressed up 5 days a week? Do we go to industrial zones and rural clients?

I joined Accenture last week , and I m planning to leave Accenture as I am not getting any reply from PMO for the project. When will Accenture create pf account? If I don't tell the another company will there be issue when they try to create PF?

We had evaluations and normally we have annual raises. I think my salary is under market value at $68k (plus OT) in Los Angeles (5 years of experience). I was told I am one of the top employees in the firm. When I asked about a raise, I was told “when you think about it at your level 5k to 10k doesn’t really matter it’s the long term goal that matters”. What would be your response to that, to a partner who is making 500-600k a year?
