Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? I’m thinking about making the switch myself but I don’t have a digital background.

What are the things which can help us once we join SAP?

Can you help explain why a team would be able to afford hiring an individual under PDM at a higher salary but unable to offer the same package under the Traditional route?

For context, I’m currently negotiating for a role and have expressed some of my concerns. My recruiter has been very helpful, but I’d like to better understand the reasoning before making my decision. The offer is $100k for PDM, but $85k max if brought on as Traditional.

Just discovered a public slack channel (that very much should have been private) that a few women at my work have been using to bitch about the co-workers they don’t like. I’m being provided the opportunity to build an integrated planning group in my agency. We’ll be responsible for things like:

Hi all, does anyone have a good framework they would recommend for developing HCP/physician communication strategies and defining tactics for HCP engagement (outside of pharma reps)? There is of course a ton out there for patient communications such as patient journey mapping but engaging HCPs is a very different beast. Looking for something a bit more nuanced than a traditional consumer framework. Thanks!
