How is the situation for MBB firms currenty in Dubai? Is the business picking up? I am thinking of moving to the region from Europe and got offers from BCG, Bain and Kearney. Would be nice to get some insights on the culture and business outlook esp. since COVID. Are there significant differences in terms of the travel policies among these firms. In Europe I know that BCG is quite relaxed, when it comes to their travel policies.

Currently make base $250k plus 25% bonus and started Meta with 200k in stock. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer.
