Transferred some stock in kind from one brokerage to another but noticed that each transferred stock appears to be bought at the current price on the day of the transfer (eg. if avg price of my TSLA stock was $500 before transferring now it’s showing $620). My wife is pregnant in her last few months and I feel is facing harassment at work.

One of the managers/directors is constantly talking her about her pregnancy and trying to convince her that she cannot work for 40 hours.
