How long after final round interviews should I wait before following up to ask whether I got the job?

How long does it take to hear back for additional FDD interviews after you had your first interview (with just one person)? Assuming they are going to line up more interviews.

Well I recently told a guy I have been seeing I have HSV-2. We have not yet been physical but it’s been heading that direction. Man I hate this part - waiting to see what his response will be after he researches and talks to his doctor. I’m on daily meds which help reduce transmission risk. You’d think that since HSV-2 affects 20% of Americans and likely a higher % of gay men, there would be less taboo but it’s hardly ever talked about. Anyone else in my shoes? Or had it disclosed to them?

Hi!! I’m an HR Coordinator currently (about two years of experience) but my job has so many responsibilities and tasks I’m beyond burnt out. It’s truly impossible to focus on one task because things are constantly being thrown my way. Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? hi guys! i wanted to ask for advice if anyone can help. currently i’m a scientist at a CRO and i’m doing work that is at least a title or two above mine. feels like im overworked and underpaid. i keep getting rejected to positions i feel like i can fill due to my years of experience. i technically only have been working since may 2020. but i have learned so much so quickly, im already doing method development/discovery work. should i settle for a job title below my current in pharma?

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?
