My last one took 5 or 6 months. That was to have my back re rated and everything was already in to the VA. I had to do a new c&p but that took like an hour. Nothing is fast with the VA. If you need help now your better off going to a outside doctor and just submit the paperwork it's easier and we get the help we need.

7 months

We try and get them done as quick as possible. The biggest thing is complete information from you, and any applicable records that might be needed. Good luck!! 🍀

One of the team member has applied leaves for continuous 3 days this month. Later she applied for a 15 days leave saying a medical emergency. Both the leaves were rejected from her manager saying connect with HR. though she is on leave without PM leave approval and this is not even prior notice to the team.
Now'what and all would be the consequences she might face. Is there any chance of these things are being escalated? Please advise!

Ok, I’m gonna say this. Schools should open. Now hear me out. My wife is a family doctor, she is working insane hours, she is treating covid patients, and there is a lot of days when she has to stay at the hospital without coming home. My neighbour works in a local grocery store, so he has been at work since the Day 1 of lockdown. So if you need medical help, or want to eat, it’s ok for those people to be at work, but their kids have to stay home? Cont’d >>

Mine is my family still believes that only "sick" or unhappy people need to see a therapist, so they don't understand why I go to one since I have a job and a family. It's oldschool thinking and pretty annoying tbh.
