Agree with G1!! My process took 11 weeks start to finish. I didn’t hear back for a weird amount of time after my 2nd interview and then got a bounce back from the recruiter because they had left 😂 I took that as a sign of defeat and started applying elsewhere with renewed confidence that I had even gotten as far as I had at Google. A week later a new recruiter reached out saying “we are still interested in you!” I told them fine but I have other offers coming in and will need to know within the next two weeks and they obliged. I got an offer after all those hiccups so there’s still hope. Good luck!
Hey! There’s tons of posts throughout this bowl asking similar questions, I’d recommend you take a peek through. In general, it’s an extremely long process. Length of time is no indication one way or another. It means the HM is still interviewing internal and external candidates.
PgM roles are somewhat uncommon so they get a lot of candidates to sort through.
However don’t wait for Google to make a decision, definitely look elsewhere too. That may push them along if there’s competition. Or you may find something better.
