I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

So, after a year of not so quietly making it known that I wanted to make the transition from the tech side to the business side I have officially been extended an offer to take on a Project Manager internally (coming from a software configurer). The client I have been assigned to has many of our products, however, the specific project I have been assigned to is a problem child and has damaged the companies relationship with the client. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. Had an FET transfer and just got the news that the pregnancy test is negative. Feeling very defeated about it. All my labs are good (AMH 3.1) and the embryos were PGA tested. Have only two left now, and this was the best quality one. The irony is I did feel pregnant couple days after transfer but then I stopped feeling pregnant. I read that some women don’t really “feel” pregnant until 6-7 weeks… but i did “feel” then stopped. It just sucks. If you have any advice for coping, I’d appreciate it.
