How long does it take to hear back from EY if interview as entry level hire was Thursday (yesterday)

Received an offer from a similar practice at another Big 4, including promo. Who do I speak to at EY to see if they’ll match salary/bonus and some promise of making agile promo? Counselor? CCL Partner? HR? Head of my (small) practice? Partner I work with most closely?

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority). I know for litigation they are more clearly valued and linked to that type of work, but I have reconsidered my interests and now am thinking of going into corp.
