How long does it typically take to go from 602 level to VP? Is there a certain way JPM views promotions like 2-4 years of associate level before VP etc?

I am currently having 4 offers:
1. Calsoft - Senior SDET - 17 LPA - ready to offer 24lpa + 1lakh Joining bonus.
2. McAfee - SDET Grade 6 - 23.5 LPA.
3. UST Global - Lead I - 21.5 LPA
4. Atmecs - Senior Automation Engineer - 22LPA

I am currently confused to join which company. Is Calsoft better than McAfee.? Also, is McAfee stable? Is there any firing of employees happened very recently because of organizational changes? Need suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.
