A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? I hesitate to just throw out current salary + 20% bc I’d be asking for almost $190k for a SC role and I know that would be quite a huge ask for a SC @ B4, even for tech

For people who have a lot of friends, do you make the effort or it comes naturally? I mean when my friends call me, sometimes I would ignore or take a really long time to respond purposely, I also tend to not to reach out to people proactively. Therefore, I don’t have many friends. Is it me or people around me?
