How long of a sabbatical can I take without it being a red flag for future job opportunities? I've been working for what feels like non-stop for the past three years. I'm totally burnt out and I think stepping away from work is the only realistic way to get myself back on track. I'm just worried future-me might regret it.

So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. Can’t be facing the risk of no livelihood, right? Can anyone who worked with Sitel give me the real truth? And does Sitel sponsor Tier 2 Visas as such? I am surely looking for stability, security and growth.
