We’re supposed to be three days but I’m usually only two. They can keep my “bonus,” it’s cheaper to stay home the extra day than it is to go in and get it.
That and the cost of dog daycare! Just dog daycare alone is over 9k a year, way more than any bonus or raise I’ve ever gotten 😬
They let us work from home on weekends so that’s a positive!

Sounds like we need another pandemic to reset things to the way they should be. Hoping RFK Jr.’s policies get us there. 🤞🏼

It’s crazy that we’re not back to 5 days by now. WFH was supposed to be temporary while we weren’t allowed to leave our homes.
I was hardly in the office *before* the pandemic, babe.
Three, but anywhere between 1-4, depending on meetings and what’s going on in life. Never five. Fridays it’s a creepy ghost town. No one’s counting, but leadership notices people who don’t show up as often. I make sure to show up in-person for meetings with anyone on the executive team.
3 days a week in office. However this means everyone is booking meetings like crazy those days so I have maybe two 1 hour slots of uninterrupted work time, sometimes three if I’m lucky.
Also creatives need more heads down time to actually create the work…
None. But after the Omnicom takeover, who knows.
Zero. Quit network agencies and saw the better way at an independent shop

Three to many 😂 I prefer one and then come in as needed. Sometimes i go in 4 or 5 if I need to get certain things done. Flexibility is more productive imho.
Being in the office has never felt welcoming or safe for people of color and when we didn’t have to go in the office it cut out the in office blah blah, BS. That was better.
Two for us at the moment. But I usually do at least one more.

It's been three days, but with the new acquisitions, it will most likely be back to five soon.

We just went back to 5 days at the office. We had a 80 year old Broker throw a MASSIVE tantrum (like a child) and our CEO gave into her and ordered every one back in. 🫤
