Not cold called. Get anywhere from 3-10 LinkedIn messages per week; more often than not, for the same 1-2 jobs.
Phone calls? Those are rare. I will say, the last time I was cold called by a recruiter it did lead to me taking that job and lateraling, but when it first happened I took the call on a whim because I had a moment—previously I had always ignored recruiter phone calls and been annoyed by them. I get emails from recruiters at least once a day though.
8 to 10 a week
Ideally I would make 30 a day, but most days I barely make more than seven or eight. I never send emails or linkedin messages.
None. I'm on LinkedIn. I thought that was the best way to go about to get recognized and land a new job.
Maybe 1 phone call a week, countless emails
I get more LinkedIn messages than phone calls. When the real estate market is hot, I get 5+ messages a week. When the real estate market is slow (like now), I’m lucky if I get 1 message a month.
Phone calls? Maybe once a month or every couple weeks. I mostly get a lot of emails and some Linkedin messages.
On average probably one/day now. For a little while I was getting between 2-5 per day on my work line. It drove me insane
Rare to get a call. 2-3 Linkedin cold messages a month maybe on average.
This year, it’s been a couple of calls per week but mostly from one recruiter. I also get 5-10 InMails on LinkedIn per month.

Like one a month maybe but a ton of emails.
