How many rounds of interview does Oliver Wyman takes before making a decision for experienced hire. I’m already down 6rounds and from last two I’ve been told by the recruiter that the next one will be last.

Normally, it’s 6 Interviews in two rounds, never heard of 6 rounds (assuming one round entails more than one interview)
Joined in Sept: did 6 in two rounds - each time was 2x case and 1x behavioral

The normal is 6 interviews in 2 rounds - 3 per round - (some geos may be 2 per round for 2 rounds).
One additional interview may be scheduled if they want another one to make sure (or if you ask them to speed up the process cause you have another offers in line, so they need to make a decision faster - happened to me but I wasn't a exp hire)
OW2: Thanks for your detailed response. This will surely help me!!
What practice? I just got hired with two rounds/4 interviews total
What are two rounds? With rounds in my post I mean interviews total of 6till now.

I hope the pay is worth it, that sounds ridiculous.
My fingers are also crossed
Maybe some like you some don’t so there’s more to see if at least a team will take you
Unfortunately we don’t seem to have a standardised approach, so things like this happen with experienced hires. Ask your recruiter for a list of people you will meet and make it clear that you have other commitments so can’t keep having interviews added on. I can only apologise, it’s really quite unacceptable and it’s something we are trying to change
Can I ask which practice you are being interviewed for? Perhaps I can help
